Business Intelligence Technology Company Name Changes Name to Align with Proprietary Software

AUSTIN, Texas, October 5, 2009 — XSPRADA Corp., a business intelligence software company founded in Austin, Texas, has formerly changed its name to Algebraix Data Corp. The company has changed its name to more closely align with the brand name of their unique mathematical-based technology, ALGEBRAIX.

The company’s chairman of the board, Charlie Silver, has simultaneously assumed position of CEO, hired a new VP of Sales, Steve Leal, and opened a second office in San Diego, California.

“ALGEBRAIX technology offers vast improvements over traditional business intelligence data management,” says CEO Charlie Silver. “Streamlining our brand with our ground-breaking technology makes good business sense.”

Charlie Silver, has been building companies and creating liquidity events for shareholders for over 25 years. In the late 1990s, as cofounder of RealAge Inc., he built the company from scratch, conceived its business plan, raised over $15 million in capital, negotiated key strategic relationships and, most importantly, positioned the company for profitability; very successfully selling it in 2007 to the Hearst Corporation. Mr. Silver is located in the San Diego office.

Steve Leal, the company’s new VP of Sales, as been a leader in the business intelligence and software industry for more than twenty-two years, including senior leadership roles with Oracle, Sybase, Netezza, and MicroStrategy. Mr. Leal is located in the Austin office and can be contacted at sleal@algebraixdata.com.
